Hi I'm Pumpkin, the purrfect bundle to steal your heart with my pink nose and tawny fur like my cousins on the Serengeti. My foster mom nicknamed me Simba because I look like a miniature lion! I am good with other cats, dogs, and kids. I really enjoy human interaction and interactive play the most. I follow my humans from room to room. I’m still a kitten, or adolescent, but am done teething! I rate A+ on the litter box—dig in the middle and don’t scatter litter like other felines. I’m not too picky about food, but show preference for wet food. I am very trainable too, and learned to respect the boundaries of geriatric cat, who was boring anyway. I enjoy playing and chasing other kitties, but am not super energetic. While his story started out sad when his previous owners put him on the streets once their child developed allergies, things have turned around for him now that he’s with AJL. He’s ready to meet his forever family!
