Jester is a young, wiggly, healthy and handsome dog that is looking for his furever family. Could that be you? Sweet Jestie is very sensitive dog, but please don’t take that as a weakness…it is very much a strength. He will learn anything that pleases his person/people. His ideal home would be a household with multiple people with flexible schedules, another dog sibling that enjoys playing, and someone who enjoys putting energy & time into their bond with their most loyal best friend. The highlight of his day is any time he gets to be with his person. He is an A+ cuddler and perfect little spoon! Jester has everything someone is looking for in a new pet (+ a side of anxiety). He is sweet, lovable, intelligent, social, athletic when given the opportunity, thrilled to nap with his person. He could be tailored to just about any non-apartment living lifestyle so long as the foundation is built on patience and trust first. Note - Jester came to us heartworm positive but has already undergone treatment! He will be retested for heartworm disease in March 2024. In the (unlikely) event that he tests positive again, AJL will cover another round of treatment.
